The CITY OF ZURGNAN Noble Estate is a miniature building and accessories, suitable for tabletop RPG games.

This build is Printed at 28mm scale and is quite Large The fountain is 7 inches in Diameter and the surrounding paths and hedges make the entire fountain area more than 16 inches from one path entrance to the opposing entrance. The House itself is a very large 1 story structure with open play areas in side as you can see from the images.

This miniature is perfect for any tabletop game

If for any reason any of the parts are damaged during shipping or do not arrive in the condition expected please give us the opportunity to replace any component.

This Comes as an assembly kit - some sections may be welded together for ease of assembly and structural integrity

As this is a 3D printed item, there may be layer lines, and other imperfections. To remove them, you can fill, sand, and prime it.
There may be some "assembly" required.
